The prize will consist of certain collectible items, described to the best of our knowledge at the time of the raffle

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

No guarantees are made regarding:

Grade

Condition

Future Resell Value

Any stated retail or market value is provided for informational purposes only and may fluctuate

Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, including income tax reporting, if required

ANTIFRAUD & DISCRETION

I reserve the right to:

Verify eligibility and identity

Disqualify ANY participant attempting to circumvent rules

Refuse entries that violate our rules, applicable law, or these official rules

All decisions made are final and binding.

PAID ENTRY METHOD

Participants may enter the raffle by purchasing entries through the website during the entry period.

Each paid entry grants one (1) raffle entry, unless otherwise stated

Paid entries must be completed 1 day before drawing to be eligible.

Paid entries are non-refundable, except where required by law.

The number of paid entries available per person may be limited at our discretion, provided that each individual entry - paid or free - has the same amount of odds for winning.

Purchasing entries is OPTIONAL and does not increase the odds of winning per individual entry

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

FREE ENTRIES ( NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)

To enter without making a purchase, print your full legal name, valid email address, phone number, and complete mailing address on a plain 3”x5” postcard. On the same postcard, also write the name of the raffle:
”SLEESTACKSDIECAST Free Entry”

Mail the postcard in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than 3 days after the raffle announcement is posted on instagram, and received by 3 days before the drawing starts to be eligible.

Limit one (1) free mail-in entry per person and per household for the duration of hte raffle. Duplicate or mechanically reproduced entries are void.

Mail-in entries have the same odds of winning per entry as paid entries.

Mail-in entries that are incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, or fail to comply with these Official Rules will be disqualified

Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt. We are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or damaged mail.

Winner will be contacted using the information provided on the entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within 2 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
